Late Cancellations (< 24 hours) You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 15+ minutes late will be required to reschedule and will be charged a no-show fee. Processing Fee A processing fee may apply to all charges. By booking an appointment, you agree to all charges and will not dispute them. Not confirming your appointment does not exempt you from fees. ⸻ REFUND POLICY No refunds will be issued for any salon services. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within 3 days so we may address them in a timely manner.
