We reserve the right to charge for any appointments either late cancellation or missed appointments with out notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and charged a no-show fee. Late cancellation is 50% of service and no show fees are 100% of missed service Refund policy- no refunds will be issued on any salon services. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 3 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you. Gift card policy - Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Gift cards must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase. Gift cards will be expired if not used and not will not be refunded or any given credit for services or products.
